About The Falcons
The Falcons (6-7, 2-3) have not played since last Tuesday, when they played host to the NJCAA Division II #11 Union County College Owls in a key Region XIX match-up. It was Union that would survive, 60-51, but Lackawanna gave them a serious scare. The Falcons used a big 12-2 run to erase a double-digit deficit, and had one last push that put them within one score with 90 seconds to play, but they ultimately couldn't hold up against the size and strength of Union, as the Owls scored the final seven points of the game, including a 5-for-6 showing from the free throw line in the last minute. The Falcons were led by Daeja Cromartie, who scored a season-high 22 points and pulled down eight rebounds, while Nya Morris chipped in with 13 points, despite playing through foul trouble. Read the recap from that game HERE.

Morris leads the Falcons in scoring this year at 20.1 points per game.  Her 37 points against CCBC-Catonsville was her season-high, and she did it while going 12-for-13 from the free throw line, and hitting 11 field goals in the contest.
