The historic Lackawanna College Student Union Gymnasium is located at 500-520 Jefferson Avenue in Scranton, and is the home for both the Lackawanna College men's and women's basketball teams, as well as the Lackawanna College women's volleyball team and the Lackawanna College men's and women's wrestling squads. The gym has undergone several major renovation projects since the College purchased the building in the early 2000's, including updates to the bleachers and seating, the floor, the lighting, the bathrooms and locker rooms, and much more.

Besides hosting Lackawanna College athletic events, the gymnasium is used internally by the College for student activities such as Intramurals and Graduation.

The Student Union Gymnasium is also host to the historic Lynett Memorial Basketball Tournament, a 70+ year high school basketball tournament held over the Christmas holidays in downtown Scranton. The Student Union has also hosted several Region XIX and NJCAA District Championships over the years, and has been a site for Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Assocation (PIAA) Basketball Playoff games.

Originally named the Catholic Youth Center, the Student Union has been home to many forms of entertainment over the course of its life in the Scranton area, including boxing, professional wrestling, concerts, semi-professional basketball, presidential visits, and more. It was opened to the public in 1950, and has been the home of local sports in Northeast PA since.

The Lackawanna Football team plays its home games at PenFed Field at Scranton Memorial Stadium, which is located on the campus of Scranton High School, about a one mile drive from Lackawanna College's campus in Scranton. Erected in 1949, Memorial Stadium is the ancestral home of football in Northeast PA, serving as the major venue for important high school, college, and semi-professional football contests. It has also hosted major high school track & field championship meets, as well as concerts featuring professional, national acts, in its nearly 80-year history. "Memorial Stadium," as it has been known colloquially since opening, has recently undergone a massive upgrade in the recent years, where the football turf and rubber track surface each received upgrades and refurbishing. also, a brand new massive video display board was installed behind the south end zone, featuring enhanced graphics, video, and sound for a better gameday experience. The football stadium serves as home to both West Scranton and Scranton High School's football and soccer teams in the fall, in addition to Lackawanna College football on Saturdays.

The Lackawanna College baseball team plays its home games at the Scranton High School Baseball field, which is located directly behind PenFed Field at Scranton Memorial Stadium on the campus of Scranton High School. The field is a mixture of natural grass and dirt, with two free standing dugouts and a small press box, as well as two sets of bleachers behind the backstop. The Falcons share the facility with Scranton High School's baseball team.

Scranton High School Softball Field

The Lackawanna College softball team plays their home games at the Scranton High School Softball field, which is located on the corner of West Olive Street and Providence Road, directly across the street from the Scranton High School campus. Access and parking at the field is on West Olive Street adjacent to Taco Bell. The field features natural grass and a dirt infield, with two free-standing dugouts. There are bleachers down the right field line, as well as bleachers on the hill behind the backstop. The Falcons share the facility with Scranton High School's softball team.

Schautz Stadium

Both the Lackawanna College men's and women's soccer teams play their home games at Schautz Stadium in nearby Dunmore, PA. The all-turf facility is located approximately 1.5 miles from Lackawanna College in Scranton. The multi-use facility has a video board above a traditional scoreboard, along with European-style soccer benches/dugouts, and a group of bleacher-style seating built into the hill on the eastern sideline.In addition to supporting Lackawanna College soccer, the facility plays host to local soccer and baseball youth organizations, as well as select high school soccer, baseball, and softball teams throughout the year. Schautz has traditionally served the Dunmore community as a baseball field, with history dating back to the 1950's.

Built to enhance performance and foster a culture of excellence, the Falcon Performance Center features supervised access to ensure a safe and well-maintained training space, with options for patrons to use free weights, weight-lifting racks, elliptical machines and treadmills, and muscle group-specific machines. It also gives gym users access to resistance bands, plyometric boxes, training-specific cones and obstacles, as well as a 20-yard by 10-yard turfed area for movement-based training.

The Falcon Performance Center plays a central role in energizing Lackawanna athletics, offering opportunities for guided instruction, team development, and year-round fitness. All Lackawanna College athletics teams use the facility through the course of their athletic careers, whether it be through in-season workouts or off-season lifting regimens.

On top of preparing our student-athletes for competition and their athletic futures, the Falcon Performance Center is also available to Lackawanna students who do not participate in collegiate athletics, as well as staff and faculty members, in an effort to provide opportunities for the College community to strengthen themselves both physically and mentally. The facility is open to Lackawanna College community members for free, with a valid Lackawanna College ID. It is located inside the historic Lackawanna College Student Union on the first floor.
