SCRANTON, Pa. – The Lackawanna College Athletics administration is pleased to announce that 99 different Lackawanna College student-athletes were named to either the President's or Dean's List for the Spring 2026 semester.
 
89 student-athletes were named to the Dean's List (3.5 GPA or better), while ten student-athletes made President's List distinction (4.0 GPA). Football was tops with the most overall student-athletes named to honor rolls with 25 Dean's List honorees. Baseball was second with 20 total honorees, with 19 student-athletes earning Dean's List honors and one student-athlete earning President's List distinction.
 
Softball had 12 total student-athletes earn honors distinction, with eleven making Dean's List and one student-athlete named to the President's List. Women's Volleyball had eleven total student-athletes named to honor rolls, with nine on the Dean's List and a pair on the President's List.
 
All eleven varsity sports were represented on either the Dean's or President's Lists this past semester. Lackawanna Esports, Men's Soccer, and Women's Volleyball each had two student-athletes earn President's List honors, while Baseball, Men's and Women's Basketball, and Softball each had one student-athlete finish on the President's List.
 
Women's Volleyball finished with a 3.74 team GPA, the highest amongst the varsity competition teams this year. Softball was second with a 3.32 team GPA, and Women's Basketball finished third with a 3.27 team GPA. Overall, the eleven varsity sports averaged over a 3.008 cumulative GPA.
