MIDDLETOWN, NY – Lackawanna College topped 100 points for the second time this season and put four players in double-figure points during a 101-46 win on the road at SUNY Orange in non-region action on Thursday night.

The Falcons (13-5) had suffered a pretty heavy loss just two nights earlier to Union, but came out with purpose in the first half against the Colts.
Jayla South (Long Pond, PA) scored eight of her 21 points in the first quarter alone, and Lackawanna built a 39-20 lead at the half.

The third quarter was where Lackawanna really shined, outscoring Orange (3-14) 33-10, paced by
Salote Franklin's (Philadelphia, PA) 14 points in the quarter. She'd finish with a game-high 22 points.

The other Falcons in double-figures were
Ania Crocker (Freeport, NY), who had 15 points, and
Saraiah Franklin (Philadelphia, PA), who put up 14 points.
Desiree White (Carlisle, PA) had nine, while
Alania Ortiz (Allentown, PA) had eight points off the bench. The Falcons got 22 bench points on the night.

Orange was led by Adriana Vazquez's 15 points, while Victoria Harrison added 12 points for the Colts.

Lackawanna now turns its attention to a massive Region XIX DII game on the road on Saturday, January 25
th, as the falcons travel to Bryn Mawr, PA to take on the Division II #17 Harcum College Bears. Tip-off for Saturday's game is set for 12:00pm ET.
