Box Score 11/19/23

SANBORN, NY -- Lackawanna College had eight different players get on the scoresheet to help the Falcons top the Jayhawks from Jamestown CC, 64-55, in women's basketball action at the Niagara County CC Tip-Off Classic at Niagara County CC on Sunday afternoon.
 
The Falcons (2-5) were led by Desiree White (First Year; Carlisle, PA) with 18 points. Saraiah Franklin (First Year; Philadelphia, PA) added 15 points. Zaliyah Small (First Year; Scranton, PA) came off the bench with eight points, while Jayla South (First Year; Long Pond, PA) added seven. 
 
 Jamestown (2-6), which lost to Henry Ford on Saturday, was led by Keturah Stewart's 20 points, the only Jayhawk in double-figures.
 
Lackawanna earned a split on the weekend's action, and won't get back to work until after the Thanksgiving holiday, when the Falcons are set to host Raritan Valley CC in a Region XIX DII men's and women's doubleheader at the Lackawanna College Student Union gymnasium. Tipoff for the women's game is set for 5:00pm ET, with the men's teams following after at 7:00pm ET.
