The Falcons (11-4) were a tale of two halves in the match-up with Chesapeake (14-3), matching the hot-shooting Skipjacks in the first half with 57% shooting from the field, but getting outscored 21-6 in the opening ten minutes of the second half, as Chesapeake pulled away and held a double-digit lead the rest of the way. As great as the Falcons were in the first half, they were miserable from the field in the second half, shooting 29% from the field and just 1-for-11 from the three-point line. Meanwhile, Chesapeake shot 48.5% overall, and went 14-for-29 from downtown. The Falcons were outrebounded 41-21.
