SCRANTON, Pa. --Â Playing their first game in a month, Lackawanna College women's basketball shook off a slow start in the first quarter to outscore their opponents 47-12 in the second and third quarters en route to an impressive 93-38 victory over the County College of Morris Titans on Wednesday evening inside the Lackawanna College Student Union.

The Falcons (6-4, 4-1) shot 48% from the field for the game, and put three players in double-figures, including a career-high 25 points from
Dominique Geiger (Plainfield, NJ). Geiger shot 11-for-22 from the floor, and hit three three-point shots, while also coming up with three steals.
Gabrielle Jackson (Darby Twp, PA) added a season-high 20 points, nine rebounds, and five assists, while
Sidney Spence (Bronx, NY) added 15 points and seven rebounds, as well as four steals. The Falcons forced 34 turnovers, and had 25 steals, outscoring Morris 41-to-10 on points off turnovers.

Morris (2-7, 0-5) was led by Tiffani Szkarlatiuk, who had 15 points and eight rebounds. Julia Ghanim added nine points and a team-high eleven boards.

The Falcons are back in action on Saturday, January 14
th, when they host NJCAA Division III opponent Monroe College Bronx. The Express are currently the #10 team in the NJCAA DIII rankings. That game is set for a 3:00pm ET tip-off, and will be the second game of a doubleheader with the Lackawanna College men's team.
