Scranton, PA - The Falcons suffer their first loss in the NACE Rocket League Fall Cup versus Robert Morris University, 2-3. The Falcons did not bring their A-game to this best of 5 series. The Colonials were a tough adversary and kept the battle going throughout the entire series. The first two games were a back and forth battle with big shots coming out of both sides. The Falcons ended up hitting the uprights more often than the back of the net and RMU was able to capitalize on those mistakes. It seemed like Lackawanna College was not communicating very well as there were several double and triple commits on the ball which ultimately led to RMU taking charge and burying a few shots. The series was at 2-0 in the Falcons' favor, but the Colonials went on to reverse-sweep the Falcons in the next three matches. A tough loss for Lackawanna College tonight but they will be fighting back shortly with their third match of the night against Montgomery County Community College.
