Callie Show joined the Lackawanna College coaching staff in August 2026, and the fall 2026 season will be her first with the program.
Show has been teaching and coaching in Northeast PA and is a co-owner of H3: Humble. Hungry. Hard Work. LLC., a basketball training and motivational speaking brand designed to help coach and motivate young athletes.
Before that, Show was a standout all-conference volleyball and basketball player at the former Clarks Summit University, where she was a three-time All-CSAC player with the women's volleyball program, including a first-team all-conference selection in 2016.
Show earned an associate's degree from Clarks Summit in Elementary Education, then a bachelor's degree from Liberty University, also in Elementary Education.
Callie is originally from Richmond, Michigan, where she was a three-sport varsity athlete, playing volleyball, basketball, and tennis.
