Josh Boggs is now in his sixth season with the Lackawanna College coaching staff in 2025.
Born and raised in Middletown, VA. Graduated from Bridgewater College with a degree in Health and Exercise Science.
Before Lackawanna, Boggs spent 2 years working as a pitching coach at a baseball training facility in Maryland coaching players from the youth level all the way to the MLB. Before that he spent 1 year coaching baseball in Charlotte, NC coaching an 11u and 15u travel team as well as working in a private training facility.
Has coached over 30 athletes that would go on to get college scholarships at almost every level of college baseball.
Started Pitch Mechanics 101 in college to learn and grow the game as a free resource for those wanting to learn as well. It has blossomed to a Twitter/X following of over 21k people and website with dozens of articles about pitching and baseball.
