BRYN MAWR, Pa. – Lackawanna College women's volleyball got 15 kills, ten digs, and five aces from All-American Jana Hofmann (Colorado Springs, CO) as the Falcons swept past Harcum College, 25-17, 25-8, and 25-21 in three sets on Thursday evening in NJCAA Region XIX Division II play in southeastern PA.
 
The Falcons (4-5, 2-1) leaned on Hofmann, but also had a dominant night defensively from Ciona Braziel (Fort Worth, TX) at the net, with three solo blocks and four kills. First-year hitter Aryanna Brown (Chester, NY) added five kills, while Mekenzie Dineen (Wilmington, DE) had a team-high 12 digs.
 
Lackawanna College has a week off until its next contest on Thursday, September 25^th, at 6:00pm ET inside the historic Lackawanna College Student Union gymnasium against Union College (NJ).
