DALLAS, Pa. – Lackawanna College managed to make a big comeback on the road on Thursday afternoon, overcoming a strong Misericordia University JV squad for a 10-7 win in the Back Mountain in non-NJCAA action.

The Falcons (4-10) fell behind to the young Cougars by a 7-3 margin after three innings, but mounted a comeback thanks in part to another strong performance at the plate, and to six scoreless innings of relief.
Mason Sike (First Year; McKees Rocks, PA), threw three scoreless innings of relief to get the win, while
Christopher Hayes (First Year; Oceanside, NY) came on afterwards for another three scoreless innings to secure the save.

At the dish, the Falcons mashed for a second straight game, pounding out 16 team hits.
Aydan McNelly (Sophomore; Limerick, PA) had another multi-hit game, going 4-for-5 with two doubles and four RBI.
Louis Kegerreis (Redshirt First Year; Murrysville, PA) was 3-for-5 with his team-leading fifth homerun, a two-run shot, as well as a double.
Logan Mote (Redshirt First Year; Branchburg, NJ) was 3-for-5 with two RBI and a double, as well.

Lackawanna College has now won two-in-a-row, and three of its last four games, and the Falcons are back to work for the third straight day, this time for their home opener. The Falcons are set to host the Monroe College Bronx Express on Friday, March 15
th, for their first home game of the season. First pitch is set for 3:00pm ET for the single nine-inning contest at Scranton HS Baseball Field.
