CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa. – Lackawanna College men's soccer fell on the road to nationally ranked NJCAA Division I Harcum College, 13-0, on Wednesday afternoon in southeastern PA at the Proving Grounds soccer facility.
 
The Falcons (1-4-0) knew they'd be up against it with the #10 Bears (8-0-1), who came in on a five-game winning streak and had just recently beaten the defending Division I national champion, Monroe University, in their previous match.
 
Lackawanna held the Bears off for the first 13 minutes of game time, but three goals in five minutes, which included a penalty in the 15^th, started an avalanche that the Falcons couldn't get out from under. Keeper Aldo Vargas (Scranton, PA) had 15 saves in defeat.
 
The Falcons will look to shake off the loss on Saturday, October 12^th, when they play host to non-region opponent Bucks County CC at Schautz Stadium in Dunmore. Kickoff is at 11:00am ET.
