SCRANTON, Pa. – The Lackawanna College Falcons athletic department has announced that it will be joining the Region 19 Sports Network, in partnership with BlueFrame and Hudl, beginning with the upcoming 2022-2023 scholastic year.
"In a continuous effort to showcase Lackawanna College athletic teams and our student-athletes, we are thrilled to be a member of the Region XIX Sports Network," said
Erik Larson, Director of Athletics at Lackawanna College.
Livestreams for Falcons home events will be moved from their previous home on the Lackawanna College Athletics YouTube Channel to the Falcons' home on the Region 19 Sports Network at:
www.lackawannafalcons.com/LIVE.
Games can also be viewed via the Region 19 sports Network mobile app, available on Apple, Android, AppleTV, Roku, AndroidTV, and Amazon FireTV.
Events where attendance is paid (Football, Men's Basketball, and Women's Basketball) will be available to watch on a pay-per-view (PPV) platform. Events without a paid attendance (Women's Soccer, Men's Soccer, Women's Volleyball, Wrestling, Softball, and Baseball) will be available for free via the network.
PPV events are available at eight dollars per event, and there are options to buy a month of access at $15, and the entire year at $75. Your purchase gains you access to your particular event(s) in perpetuity, meaning you can go back and watch events you've purchased at a later date.
The money generated will go towards the athletic department, helping support our student athletes and their programs.
