SCRANTON, Pa. – Lackawanna College Esports rode a strong performance from Xavier Lasenburg to earn an impressive sweep over Terra State CC on Wednesday night in NJCAAE Super Smash Brothers Ultimate Invitational action.
 
Lasenburg (Scranton, PA; Gamertag: Lvl.X) was aggressive from the start, using the character Ryu and maintaining a strong attack, never giving his opponent, who chose Sephiroth from Final Fantasy, a chance to breathe. As the match wore on and Lasenburg piled up damage, he still managed to never shy away from the fight, taking the battle off the map at times to try and gain an advantage.
 
The 3-0 sweep pushes Lasenburg and Lackawanna College to 3-1 in the NJCAAE SSBU Invitational, and the Falcons will be back on-stream next Wednesday, 11/2 at 6pm ET versus Madison College. Be sure to tune into our Facebook Twitter, and Instagram for all Lackawanna College Esports scheduling info!
