SCRANTON, Pa. – The Lackawanna College Athletics Department is pleased to announce and recognize the academic accomplishments of over 100 different student athletes this past fall semester. There were 104 Falcons student athletes that placed on either the Dean's or President's Lists for the Fall 2021 semester, with almost every Falcon sport represented.
 
Five different sports had double-digit numbers of students make either of the prestigious lists. Lackawanna College Football led all programs with 25 student athletes, followed closely by Baseball with 21, Esports and Softball with 15, each, and Women's Soccer with 14.
 
Football led all programs with 18 student athletes achieving Dean's List in the fall semester, while Baseball had 17, and Women's Soccer had 12.
 
The Esports and Football teams led the way with seven student athletes earning President's List last semester, with Softball right behind at six students.
 
Softball led all programs with 75% of their student athletes making Dean's and President's List, while Women's Soccer was second with 73.7% of their student athletes achieving a spot on either list.
 
In all, 72 Falcon student athletes achieved Dean's List recognition from Lackawanna College, while 32 Falcon student athletes earned a spot on the President's List for the Fall 2021 Semester.
