SCRANTON, Pa. -- The Lackawanna College Esports Overwatch squad stayed unbeaten in the NJCAAE with a 3-0 win over Northwest College on Friday night.

The Falcons bossed the proceedings and were in control from the start. The first control map selected was Illios and on both sides of the point, Lackawanna College did not lose a single player. The Falcon pressure was enough to keep Northwest out of sight of their point, giving Lackawanna an impressive 1-0 lead.

The second map, Hollywood, brought more of the same from Lackawanna College. Northwest managed to put up a bit more resistance in the round, but the Falcon pressure remained relentless and, eventually, won them the round. Lackawanna College shone on offense and defense once again with strategic placement and excellent communication to go up 2-0.

The third and final map was set as Volskaya Industries, and Lackawanna College had all the momentum and were in a serious groove. Every time Northwest would try a sneaky flank to get on point, they were instantly snuffed out by the Falcons. The third and final map was another quick win for Lackawanna College, ending the match at 3-0.

On every map tonight, the Falcons were able to hold Northwest at the first choke point, cutting off every single Trapper attack.
