Scranton, PA – On a snowy afternoon in Scranton, the Lackawanna College Wrestling team welcomed Middlesex County College to the Historic Student Union for their 2^nd Home match of the season.  The Falcons were coming off a win over Thaddeus Stevens Tech last Friday and were looking to make it two in a row at home. 

Lackawanna started out being awarded forfeits to take an early 13-0 lead over the Blue Colts.  In the first official match of the day, the Falcons' Colby Urban won by decision, 13-0, to increase the their lead to 22-0.  In the 165lb weight class AJ Hunter, suffered a loss by pin to make the score 22-6.  The 174lb and 197lb matches were forfeited to Lackawanna and the 184lb match was forfeited to Middlesex to increase the
Falcons' lead to 32-12.  In the final match of the day, Lackawanna's Conner Judge fell by decision, 9-0, but the Falcons would ultimately gain the victory by a final score of 32-16,

With the win, Lackawanna moves to 9-6 as a team on the season.  The Falcons will be back in action next Sunday, when they travel down the road to Wilkes University to participate in the John Reese Duals.  Action is set to begin at 11:00am.
