Scranton, PA: Thursday evening, the Lackawanna College Volleyball team fell to Penn State – Hazelton by a 3-1 score. PSU outscored the Falcons in three of four sets by scores of 25-23, 25-17 and 25-14. Lackawanna's win came in the third set when they beat the Lions 25-20

Lackawanna's best performances were provided by Ethlyne Lockhart with thirteen kills, two aces and thirty digs; Amaya Townstead with nine kills two aces, twenty-three digs and an ace; and, Jamie Brann with four kills seven assists, two aces and thirty-four digs.

The Falcons return to the court on Saturday, when they host both Manor College and Bucks County Community College in an Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference Tri-Match. The first match is scheduled for a 12:00 PM start.
