Josh Pardini is a longtime member of the Lackawanna College Athletics department and currently serves as the Assistant Director of Athletics for Compliance, a role he assumed in April 2026. In this capacity, Pardini is responsible for overseeing student-athlete eligibility and ensuring the department’s full adherence to Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) and NCAA rules, regulations, and bylaws. His work plays a critical role in maintaining institutional integrity and supporting the college’s continued transition and commitment to compliance excellence.
Prior to his administrative responsibilities, Pardini worked with the football program as an offensive assistant and quarterbacks coach. He was been a member of the Falcons’ football staff since 2009, contributing in a variety of roles over the years, including tight ends coach, defensive backs coach, running backs coach, and quarterbacks coach, as well as a period as offensive coordinator. Throughout his tenure, he has supported the development of student-athletes and contributed to the program’s overall success.
Pardini transitioned into a more administrative focus in 2022 as the Assistant Athletic Director while continuing to assist with quarterback development. His coaching contributions have included mentoring several high-performing student-athletes and supporting competitive team outcomes.
A native of Northeastern Pennsylvania, Pardini holds two associate degrees from Luzerne County Community College in Culinary Arts/Chef Training and Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management, along with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from American Public University.
He resides in Kingston with his wife, Erica and son Jacob.
