As Head of Student-Athlete Experiences, Dan provides leadership in creating a dynamic and supportive environment that enhances every aspect of the student-athlete journey. Responsible for game day operations, fan engagement, community outreach, and student-athlete development initiatives, Dan works to ensure meaningful experiences both on and off the field. Through collaboration with campus partners, coaches, students, and community stakeholders, Dan helps foster college pride, strengthen community connections, and promote student-athlete success in wellness, leadership, career readiness, and personal growth. Dan serves as an advocate for student-athletes while advancing the mission and visibility of the Athletics Department.
