MacKenzie enters her first year of competition at Lackawanna College in 2026... As a high schooler, Seifried was a three-sport athlete through all four years, competing in soccer, basketball, and track-and-field for David Brearley HS while attending the Academy for Allied Health Sciences... Was 3x first-team all-star and a one-time second team all-star on the soccer pitch... Helped the Bears win a pair of conference titles two years in a row... She scored 39 goals and had 27 assists in her four years of high school action, including ten goals and eleven assists her senior year... MacKenzie had 825 points and 213 steals in four years of varsity basketball competition...
