Lackawanna’s Women Soccer Team Falls to Mercer

Scranton, PA: After taking a first half 1-0 lead over Mercer County Community College on an Alexis Bruno breakaway goal, the Falcons failed in the second period to suffer a 7-1 loss.

Lackawanna held that lead until their was 26:11 on the clock in the second half, when Mercer broke the ice and scored the first of their seven goals.

The Falcons take the pitch again tomorrow when they travel to Jenkintown, Pennsylvania where they take on Manor College. Game time is 2:30 PM.
