Eileen Sempa took over as head coach of the Falcons Cross Country team at the beginning of the 2019 season.

Sempa earned her running experience after joining the Northeast Pennsylvania Distance Running Community seven years ago. Since then she has completed seven half marathons, a full marathon and is currently training for her second full marathon.

From 2013 through 2015 Sempa coached at Holy Cross High School, where she led the junior high women's basketball program.

A graduate of Bishop Hannon High School, Sempa earned a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Criminal Justice at Marywood University. In 2010, Sempa joined the United States Navy and is a six year Navy Veteran. In 2017, Eileen earned a personal training certification and has been working as a personal trainer on a part time basis since then.
