Scranton, PA – The Lackawanna College Football Program has announced that 19 student-athletes have signed Letters-of-Intent to continuing their college football career at the next level.  The Falcons are coming off an appearance in the NJCAA National Championship Game and a #2 National Ranking.  A list of the signings are as follows:
