Rich Lipinski

Rich Lipinski joined the Lackawanna staff in the summer of 2024, and will work his first spring season with the Falcons in 2025.

He previously served as an assistant coach with the University of Scranton for the 2023 season, and, before that, Lipinski was the Interim Head Coach at Misericordia in 2022 , helping lead the Cougars to 27 victories and a MAC Freedom Tournament appearance. 

Lipinski has coached at MMI Prep and Penn State Hazleton, including 17 years at PSU-Hazleton and five as the head coach. He helped lead the Lions to 12 consecutive PSUAC playoff appearances and five USCAA national tournaments.
