Coach Fallon enters his first season as head basketball coach at Lackawanna College in the 2023-2024 campaign, after serving three previous seasons as the assistant coach.

In three years on the bench for the Falcons, coach Fallon helped Lackawanna to a 2021 Region XIX championship, as well as an 18-win season in 22-23, the most wins the Falcons have had in five years, and more than the previous two seasons combined. Fallon handled recruiting efforts, as well as gameday preparation and logistics, amongst his other various coaching duties, while the assistant coach. 

Fallon came to Lackawanna College after spending the previous two years as the head girls’ varsity basketball coach at Susquehanna Community HS, where he achieved the two best seasons in school history.  In his two seasons, Fallon and the Lady Sabers won two PIAA District 2 Championships and appeared in back-to-back state quarterfinals. Under his leadership, Susquehanna won back-to-back LIAA Division 4 Championships, and were 40-17 in two years.

Prior to coaching at Susquehanna, Fallon spent four years as an assistant basketball coach at Keystone College, where he was involved in all aspects of the program.  Fallon assisted in practice and game planning, recruiting, film study, academic monitoring, and organizing team trips.   During his tenure, he coached multiple Colonial State Athletic Conference First and Second Team All-Conference players and he assisted the team in reaching playoffs during the 2017-18 season.

Kirk began his coaching career in 2012 at Forest City Regional HS as the JV Head Coach and Assistant Varsity Coach with the Foresters. 

Fallon earned a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Physical Education from Marywood University in 2012. During his playing career, after playing one year at King’s College, Fallon played three seasons for Marywood, where he helped lead the Pacers to, at the time, their third ever playoff appearance in the 2010-2011 season.  

A 2008 graduate of Susquehanna Community HS, Fallon was a a first-team Lackawanna League All-Star as a senior, and a 1,000 point scorer for the Sabers.
