SB: Revere And Yenalevitch Combine For Perfect Game, Falcons Sweep Titans

The Falcons Got A Perfect Game From Their Pitchers In Game One, And The Offense Scored 51 Combined Runs In The Doubleheader Victory

3/26/26

RANDOLPH, NJ – It was a perfect day for Lackawanna College softball, as Mekenzie Revere and Abigail Yenalevitch combined for a perfect game, and the Falcons offense combined for 51 runs across two games to sweep past the County College of Morris on Thursday night, 25-0 and 26-1, in a pair of five-inning Region XIX DII contests in New Jersey.

The Falcons (17-6, 4-0) drew 32 combined walks across both games, taking advantage of a Titans squad that was undermanned and playing their first two games of the 2026 campaign. That didn't stop Revere (Ansonia, CT) and Yenalevitch (Kingston, PA) from combining for a perfecto, retiring the minimum (15) through the five-inning victory. Revere got the win, striking out six in three innings of work, while Yenalevitch struck out a pair in her two innings of relief.

Lackawanna's offense scored nine runs in the first, seven in the second, and seven in the third to build an insurmountable lead. Riley Knott (Clarks Summit, PA) had another strong day at the plate, collecting two doubles and a triple and seven RBIs. Laniah Tasker (Chambersburg, PA) went 3-for-5 with two runs and five RBIs. Haleigh Mazol (Stroudsburg, PA) had two hits and two RBIs, while Kyleah Edwards (Taylor, PA) scored three runs and had three RBIs. Ayahna Fleisher (Duncannon, PA) drew four walks and scored four runs.

The Titans (0-2, 0-2) broke through for a run in game two, but committed five errors, while the Falcons scored 12 runs in the first inning and drew 17 walks, while getting hit by four pitches. Of the 26 runs the Falcons scored, only nine were earned.

Yenalevitch struck out two in three innings of work, giving up one hit and one unearned run for her second win of the year. Mekenzie Dineen (Wilmington, DE) struck out four batters in two innings of relief.

Tori May (New Castle, PA) was 3-for-3 with three RBIs and three runs, while both Edwards and Mazol each had four RBIs. Yenalevitch, Alexis Shotwell (Lehman, PA), and Caitlynn Schereck (Phoenix, AZ) each scored four runs on the day. Yenalevitch had two hits, while Schereck had an inside-the-park homer.

Lackawanna College will look to keep things rolling with another region doubleheader on Saturday, March 28th, taking on Sussex County CC. First pitch is set for 12:00pm ET in Newton, NJ. Lackawanna will then take the road to Corning, NY to take on D3 #6 SUNY Corning CC on Sunday, March 29th, for a non-region doubleheader starting at 12:00pm ET.
