    The Lackawanna College Women’s Cross Country program and Head Coach Jeremy Popiel has announced the signing of Emily Carr to a Lackawanna College Women’s Cross Country Letter of Intent where she will join the Lady Falcons for the 2018 season.

    Sewell NJ – In Lackawanna College’s first year back, after a three-year hiatus, Molly Palmer finished 22nd in the Region XIX Division I Invitational, with a time of 30:27.27.
  • Women's XC has busy three week Stretch

    Lackawanna College's men's and women's cross country team had an extremely busy late fall schedule as they competed on three consecutive weekends and helped in the cleanup of Route 6 in Mayfield in preparation for the "Scranton Marathon" held on October 8th.
  • Falcon Runner participates in Cougar Classic

    Dallas PA – Three runners represented Lackawanna College in the Cougar Classic hosted by Misericordia University on its Dallas Campus. Peter Saponaro-Tomasetti led those runners with team best finish of 26th place and a 32:59.70 time.
  • Molly Palmer, finishes 26th in Duke Invitational

    Saturday afternoon, Lackawanna College’s Cross Country runners returned to the trails after a two year hiatus with one of its runners, Nick Pettinato, medaling in the Duke’s Invitational, a meet sponsored by Cumberland Community College in Vineland, New Jersey. Pettinato finished 14th overall with a time of 18:33:96.
  • Lackawanna names Jeremy Popiel as Head Coach of Cross Country Team

    SCRANTON, Pa. – On Wednesday, March 1, 2017, Lackawanna College President Mark Volk introduced a first for Falcons athletics programs and welcomed another back after several seasons. The College will add its first-ever wrestling program in Fall 2017 and simultaneously bring cross country back following a three-year hiatus.
