Lackawanna Men’s Soccer Team Falls to East Stroudsburg in Thursday Night Exhibition

East Stroudsburg, PA: Thursday night, the Lackawanna College Men's Soccer team traveled to East Stroudsburg University to take on the Warriors in an exhibition soccer match. Despite a competitive effort by the Falcons, Lackawanna fell to ESU by a 5-0 score.

Despite the loss, the Falcons played toe to toe with the Warriors for a large portions of the match. Offensively, as a team the Falcons had 8 shots on goal to the Warriors 15. While Defensively, Lackawanna goalkeepers, Daniel Lamourt made 6 saves and Rob Kuzma was credited with 4 saves.

The Falcons return to the pitch next Thursday, September 8th, when they travel to Lycoming College for another exhibition game against a NCAA Division III opponent. That contest will be played on Lycoming's Williamsport, Pennsylvania campus and is scheduled for a 5:00 PM start.
