Falcons Drop Final Game of the 2018-19 Regular Season to Sullivan County CC 85-74

(Loch Sheldrake, NY) – Lackawanna College lost their last game of the 2018-19 regular season 85-74 to Sullivan County CC on Thursday night. This loss drops the Falcons record to 18-11 (10-4).

The first half saw the Falcons work from 3-point land as Isaiah Wiggins, Keyon Faulkner-Smith, and J'von Winslow all managed to score from the outside. Ultimately, Sullivan CC was able to respond Lackawanna's offense and took a 42-32 lead into halftime.

J'von Winslow broke out offensively as he scored 24 points in the second half alone. Aiding Winslow was Keyon Faulkner-Smith who finished the game with 14 points and 8 total rebounds. Isaiah Wiggins helped the Falcons out defensively with 5 steals but Sullivan CC maintained their lead and finished off the Falcons, 85-74.

The Falcons will now look forward to playing in the Region XIX Conference Tournament and will play Mercer County CC at 3pm on Saturday March 2nd.
